We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Higher Clerical Assistant, on a 3- month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £12.00 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: To provide an administrative service to the team and maintain effective business support systems. To maintain and update service user and financial record systems to agreed standards. To input referrals and update appropriate database systems. To process orders, Barclaycard purchases and invoices for goods and services e.g. stationery, furniture. To assist managers, where appropriate, to record information within the human resources computerised system e.g. timesheets. Requirements: Dealing with the public Dealing with a variety of tasks & demands relevant to the post Skills in the use of database / financial systems Word processing skills Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
