World leading manufacturer of heating technology / HVAC Specification role into social housing & Developers Leading brand and 'employer of choice' with genuine career prospects Specification Sales Manager - HVAC - Social Housing Area: The South West - BA BS DT EX PL SN TA TQ TR The Role Specification Sales Manager - HVAC - Social Housing As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for specifying the company's heating and renewable products (air sourced heat pumps) into the Social Housing market, Local Authorities, Housing Associations - dealing with the new build market. As Specification Sales Manager, you will be liaising with Asset Managers, Operations Managers, Estimators etc through to C-suite / level decision makers. The Specification Sales Manager will be supported by coordinators, marketing, customer services and an in house technical team (you will also have the benefit of dedicated training centres. This Specification Sales Manager role will require you to win specifications, manage whole projects and break specifications .
