You will embrace the pros of working in this kind of environment (lots of autonomy / ownership of key issues) whilst understanding the frustrations that this can bring (quickly changing priorities and a fluid workload). A dynamic, flexible approach is therefore required.You may not have all the answers to solve any given problem, but you know how to tackle a challenge head on.
