Infrastructure - Programme Support Analyst • Responsible for assisting the Programme Manager on a large-scale global infrastructure Management programme and future WIN11 deployment based in London to include: o Creation/ upkeep of migration schedules and liaison with global migration teams to keep accurate (mix of excel and SN) o Develop/ upkeep of migration tracking, forecasting & reporting process for senior management (mix of excel and SN) o Basic upkeep/ admin of our migration tracking tool (ServiceNow module) and future improvements (e.g. permissioning, changes to SN modules, liaising with SN development team) o Assist with updates to programme communications templates and presentation decks o Assist with Risks & Issues tracking in a project Kanban Board o Run quarterly retrospectives with the global project team and assist with tracking recommended actions o Facilitate updates to technical and project process documentation (i.e. internal project team process and procedures) updates – how-tos; may need to start new for Windows 11; audience for document – core LCM team and operational support teams; yearly update for LCM; ~20-25 processes and procedures o Regular status reporting via Portfolio Management system (Smartsheets) • Requires: o Excellent communication skills o Excellent organisational skills o Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management o Ability to cope under pressure o Basic project management/ project planner experience required o Experience with a previous large scale Windows or equivalent migration project a plus o Experience with Service Now and/or Smartsheets a plus o PRINCE 2, PMP or Scrum Master qualification a plus
