Description:
Expertise Required 1. Must have expertise in setting up MLOPs for distributed clusters on platforms like Domino Data Lab and Apache Spark. 2. Experience in building CI/CD pipelines orchestration by GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Airflow or similar tools 3. Data science model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality 4. Data science models testing, validation and tests automation 5. Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers and architect, document the processes 6. Ability to design and implement cloud solutions and ability to build MLOps pipelines on cloud solutions (AWS, Sagemaker) 7. Experience with MLOps Frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, Domino Lab, Airflow etc., experience with Docker and Kubernetes, OpenShift 8. Programming languages like Python, Go, Ruby or Bash, good understanding of Linux, knowledge of frameworks such as scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow, etc. 9. Ability to understand tools used by data scientist and experience with software development and test automation 10. Fluent in English, good communication skills and ability to work in a team What We Look For In This Role 1. Experience designing for and managing Kubernetes clusters and workloads 2. Experience building production grade software, preferably in Python or Go 3. Experience designing for and working with container technologies (Docker, containerd, CRI-O, podman) 4. Experience building systems native to the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) 5. Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm) 6. Deep knowledge of Linux system internals and primitives 7. Experience with and knowledge of distributed systems 8. Skilled at communicating technical matters and requirements 9. Ability to work independently. Bonus Points 1. Knowledge of security concerns particular to cloud and container based architectures 2. Expertise in GCP or Azure 3. Knowledge of Scala or other functional programming language.
