We are looking for an International Recruiter to join our team in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop your career in international recruitment with the comfort of working from home. Our speciality is placing candidates in roles that require language skills. We work with large corporate clients in Spain, Greece, Malta, Gibraltar, Bulgaria, Romania, Portugal, France, UK and Ireland, among other countries. Your main task will be to find fluent and native German-speaking candidates for these international roles. You will source suitable candidates from various CV databases and from direct applications. You will be in inbound and outbound contact with multiple candidates during the working day providing them with information about our international job opportunities. Because we often deal with relocation roles, you will be educating your candidates not only about the role but also about their new city and the relocation process. Having submitted a suitable candidate’s application to the client, you will prepare your candidate for interview and coach them through the selection process. We pride ourselves on the support we give to candidates throughout the recruitment process and this is reflected in the industry-leading reviews we regularly receive. By design, Tallingual has always been 100% work-from-home. We would normally meet in person once per quarter and look forward to being able to do that again soon. We work as a supportive team of colleagues at Talingual and we are always open to creative sourcing techniques. In addition to being a constructive and helpful member of the team, we will also expect you to work independently. You will take charge of actively supporting and encouraging your candidates so as to ensure a steady flow of interview-ready submissions to our clients. This is a varied and busy role. You will excel in it if you are enthusiastic, friendly, organised and enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets. About you: You will have a likeable personality that has helped you succeed in previous roles such as sales, recruitment, travel or hospitality Fluent in English An additional language desired but not a must one other language Previous outbound phone experience required Excellent interpersonal skills Can plan for and achieve monthly targets Able to communicate effectively with candidates from different nationalities and cultures Suitable space to work from home (no distractions and fast broadband connection essential) A well-organised approach to daily work Previous living abroad experience is a plus Experience working in a fast paced environment Can work independently The successful candidate can expect a competitive basic salary with a generous uncapped commission structure. Other benefits include: 4.5 day working week (half-day on Fridays) comprehensive private health insurance including dental and vision life insurance laptop/desktop, desk phone, mobile phone working from home allowance. Although this is a work from home role, candidates must be based in Northern Ireland and have the right to work in the UK.
