Description:
Role – Software Developer Location- Glasgow Duration- 6 months FTC OPEN for Contract & FTC NOTE: 3 days onsite MUST Required skills: • Proficiency in modern programming languages, including (but not limited to) Java • Experience of frameworks such as AngularJS, Spring, Spring Boot and messaging frameworks is highly desirable • Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices • Ability to create and use automated tests with tools such as Junit, Cucumber, Selenium or LoadRunner • Have a delivery-focused attitude and be able to work within a globally distributed team • Strong written and verbal communication Job description: Further develop an in-house proprietary software platform for document and records management. Build new features with corresponding unit and integration tests, perform bug fixes, do upgrades of existing services/components to address vulnerabilities, etc.
