Job Location: Wantage Salary: TBA JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Executive Job Summary This position is ideal for a candidate who is interested in a varied role that consists of sales & marketing as well as general administration tasks. This position is offered to aspiring candidates who are looking to get their foot in the door of a supportive and encouraging company. Main responsibilities • Generate sales leads through a variety of activities • Attending business networking events & building client relations for potential business opportunities both in- person and online • Cold calling potential clients to analyze & identify training needs whether e-Learning, virtual training, or in- lassroom solutions • Utilising the CRM to speak to prospects and qualify warm leads leading to prospective clients • Maintaining the CRM database (LESS ANNOYING), ensuring information is up to date, and scheduling tasks for calendar follow-up • Supporting in content writing and creating materials such as blogs, sales presentations, and events • Conducting market and product research, analyzing product sales performance, and making recommendations. • Updating & managing tasks using the Trello Board • Responding to and managing all incoming enquires • Raising Green Key brand awareness to the customer base and potential customers by scheduling 1-2-1 appointments to generate sales • Conducting thorough market/product research and collecting market insights through a variety of research methods • To take initiative and generate ideas to support company goals and achievement of goals • Writing proposals in accordance with client meetings and discussions in a timely manner • To support the marketing function and social media with news and ideas, building networking through the LinkedIn platform • Attend company & in-person client meetings • Performing admin tasks as & when required Skills and Qualities We are seeking individuals who are interested in their own personal development and who demonstrate the following: • Excellent communication skills • Fluent written and spoken English • Demonstrates initiative • Enjoys working in a team and contributing to company goals • Positive approach to life • Enjoys a challenge • Goal-oriented • Flexible and adaptable About the company Green Key UK Ltd has been in the UK market since 2013 providing learning solutions to develop individuals and teams through effective learning experiences and interactive training with specific emphasis on Corporate Wellbeing, Leadership, Management, Communication, and Customer Excellence.
