We are seeking a Senior Mobile Game Designer who not only possesses a strong portfolio of published games but also brings technical expertise to the table. This role offers the chance to lead a team of four and contribute to the development of cutting:edge mobile games. Responsibilities Spearhead the design and development of engaging mobile games Manage a team of four designers, providing mentorship and guidance throughout the development process. Collaborate closely with artists, engineers, and producers to ensure the seamless execution of game projects. Drive the creative direction of each game from conception to launch, integrating technical solutions where needed. Conduct thorough market research to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends. Uphold quality standards and adhere to project timelines and budgets. Requirements Proven track record of delivering successful mobile games, showcasing both creative and technical abilities. Extensive experience in established mobile studios, with a solid understanding of mobile game development pipelines. Previous management experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills in guiding design teams. Strong technical skills in game development tools and platforms, such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to mobile game development, such as C or C++.:
