Implement your administration and customer service skills in a community based organisation that will offer you new challenges and openings. In the Administrator job, you will be: Main point of contact for any enquiries – telephone, email, postal Carrying out admin duties including, filing and typing, minute taking from recordings and data handling Putting together and issuing out paperwork and documentsCorresponding with customers and internal staff To be considered for the Administrator role you must have: Strong IT skills including data handling and MS Excel Previous administration, minute taking and office experience A good telephone manner and high levels of customer service Ability to work unsupervised and manage a high-volume workload This is an ongoing temporary role, working full time, approx. 37 hours per week,8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. However flexibility may be available on timings for the right person. You'll be based in offices in Mold and starting on an hourly rate of £12.00 + benefits.
