Working closely with the finance team and hotel management, you will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure the efficient running of the properties.Key Duties for the Management Accountant:Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for the hotels.Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Monitor costs and expenses to ensure they align with budgetary targets.Support hotel management in making informed financial decisions.Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.Desired Skills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part or Fully QualifiedAbility to work with a high level of accuracy and meet strict deadlinesAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
