You will be responsible for curating unique drink menus, ensuring consistency in quality, and driving innovation to keep our offerings fresh and excitingKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement beverage strategies aligned with the company's vision and brand identityCreate and maintain diverse, innovative drink menus that cater to varying tastes and preferencesEstablish standard operating procedures for beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all sitesLead beverage training programs for staff to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and sales techniquesStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new products to continuously elevate our beverage offeringsRequirements:Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or restaurantsExtensive knowledge of beverage trends, ingredients, and techniquesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality resultsCreative flair and passion for crafting memorable beverage experiences Interested in this amazing challenge Contact Stuart Hills or call 0207 790 2666.
