The firm are happy to consider clients with experience in corporate and commercial, or commercial property work, who are looking for an exciting opportunity with a well known specialist firm.Our client, a leading specialist law firm in the heart of York, are looking to add an experienced Commercial Paralegal to their team. The firm are happy to consider clients with experience in corporate and commercial, or commercial property work, who are looking for an exciting opportunity with a well known specialist firm. Responsibilities: Providing hands on paralegal support to both the corporate/ commercial and the commercial property teams when required.Taking instructions and opening new files.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements.Drafting legal documentation, applications and correspondence.Undertaking property searches and dealing with post completion work including registering charges and paying stamp duty.Due diligence and AML checks.Preparing disclosure bundles.Legal research.Business development. Requirements: A paralegal who can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years’ experience either within corporate and commercial, or within commercial property. What’s on offer: Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
