The Role: As a CNC Miller / Turner, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and operating CNC machinery while collaborating with offline programmers. Training will be offered as needed. Requirements: Previously worked as a CNC Miller, CNC Turner or in a similar role. Demonstrated experience in setting and operating 3 & 5 Axis CNC mills and lathes. Familiarity with Fanuc, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain control systems. Understanding of interpreting engineering drawings. Knowledgeable in calculating appropriate speeds and feeds for different materials. Skilled in using various measurement equipment such as Verniers and Bore Micrometers. Ability to adjust tool compensations as required. Experience with offline CAM programming and TNC control programming would be beneficial.
