Catastrophic Injury Manager/Head of Department required for leading Personal Injury Firm in West Yorkshire This top 40 UK Firm is seeking an experienced Catastrophic Injury Manager to join their existing team. You will be a
qualified Solicitor with extensive catastrophic and high value claims handling background and a proven track record in
managing, developing and leading a team of catastrophic injury fee earners. You will have background in auditing files,
conducting appraisals, technical coaching, compliance and performance management. A proven ability in business development, relationship management and marketing is key. The successful Solicitor and
Manager will be able to demonstrate previous background in developing and managing a team, have strong links to various
organisations and a proven billing history in high value work. In turn you will be rewarded with a competitive pay and benefits package. To apply for this Catastrophic Injury
